I never knew that the word “pink” came from the name of an actual flower. After white, pink is one of the most common colors we see incorporated into weddings. Whether it’s shades of pink flowers, linens, lighting, or, occasionally, even the wedding gown, the color pink represents joy and admiration, the perfect sentiment for that special day.
